Service Description

Trademarks are origin designators that are used to protect your branding, e.g., logos, words, slogans, product names, business names, etc. I prepare and file the initial application for a flat fee of $300. On top of that, it costs $350 for each class of goods/services you would like to protect (minimum of 1, but additional classes can give you broader protection). To start the process, please call me or use the link to schedule a 1-hr meeting to discuss your project. If you decide to proceed, you can pay the minimum initial fee of $650 plus tax for 1 class online. Additional classes cost $350 each.
